($300 for materials, $300 for my team & $100 profit for me)".The Nigerian did not even measure or figure out anything, but he walks aound the WhiteHouse & whispers "$2,700. "The official says,"You didn't even measure how did you come up with such a high figure? "The Nigerian whispers"$1000 for me, $1000 for you, & $700 to hire the Chinese to do the job.
